Our Management
Kidicorp has a small, close knit management team. We pride ourselves on our ability to respond quickly to opportunities and the need to adapt. We have a second tier management structure that offers support to centres and also professional development support.
In addition, Kidicorp employs experienced managers at each of its centres to ensure a high standard of care, attention and education is maintained at all times. We provide support from business managers and professional services managers. The business managers take responsibility for the overall accountability of a centre including family/whanau relationships and centre promotion.
The Professional Services team are responsible for ensuring that centres deliver a quality educational programme and that what the centres teach exceeds or meets the Government regulations. These people also support our teachers in professional development.
