Early Years Cornwall St is located opposite Queensgate Mall, an ideal location for parents working in the city as Queensgate is the gateway of transport to Wellington.
We are also spoilt by the ample parent parking right at the front door of our centre – a real benefit to our centre situated in the Lower Hutt CBD.
Our environment is designed to support children building relationships with their peers by engaging in play. In addition to our outdoor play space we are also very fortunate to have a fabulous, large, covered indoor / outdoor area that allows for children to be outdoors regardless of weather 365 days of the year. We venture out into our local community on a weekly basis to take part in activities such as story time at the local library, exhibitions at the Dowse art museum and visits to local parks where children can run free, kick a ball and feed the ducks.
At Early Years Cornwall St our teachers are passionate about working and teaching within a bright, vibrant centre. This provides you as a parent with the peace of mind that your child is enjoying an environment that is a warm, caring and nurturing secure place to learn. We see ourselves as an extension of your home – our home cooked meals are a favourite (we have just been awarded the Silver Healthy Heart award).
