First Steps Onslow Road is located in the heart of Papakura, opposite Mansel Reserve. We are close to Papakura Township and many of the neighbouring schools. Close amenities to the centre also include the train station and Massey Park swimming pools.
First Steps Onslow Rd is a multicultural childcare centre dedicated to offering quality care and education to the children of our community. Our passionate teaching team is made up of a great balance of qualified teachers and teachers in training. We are all focused on providing our children with interactions and learning opportunities, as well as support and care to give them the best start in life.
Our resources and equipment and regularly updated to optimise children’s learning opportunities and development throughout their time at the centre.
We have two licences at this centre to cater for the varying ages and development of the children. Our Infant centre cares for babies and toddlers from 3 months to 2 and half years. This centre focuses on working closely with families to meet the individual needs of each child. Our Toddler/Preschool licence has separate rooms to offer 2-3 and 3-5 year olds age appropriate learning and extension activities to best meet each child’s different stages of development.
