Top Kids Ngatai Road is a quality childcare centre on a convenient arterial road leading into Tauranga CBD. Children from Otumoetai, Matua and Pillians Point attend our preschoool.
We have a spacious property with a purpose-built facility buildings. Our large outdoor area features a magnificent cherry tree, which provides plenty of shade in the summer.
Our centre has two separate age appropriate areas: Toptots and Topkids. The Toptots room caters for babies from 3 months to 2½ years old. We use baby-signing in this room which enables children to communicate their needs from an early age. We also have primary caregivers for children younger than one year old to ensure teachers develop relationships with the same children. These relationships are the foundation for all care and learning.
The Topkids room is for children aged from 2 years until they leave for school. From 4¼ years old, children are encouraged to take responsibility for their own belongings, and we focus on the foundation skills necessary for them to be able to read and write when they get to school.
At TopKids Ngatai, our teaching teams are committed to ensuring that your child grows and develops in an environment that is safe and nurturing.
We understand the importance of healthy food to young. We have a wonderful cook on site and have gained a Healthy Heart award for ECE that recognises the need for good nutrition and exercise to help you child's learning and growing process.
