At TopKids Weymouth, our team of dedicated teachers commits to delivering highest quality care and education for each child. With our love and passion for children, we strive to provide quality learning opportunities to ensure we meet the needs of children in our care. We are a multicultural centre, we have staff and children coming from a diverse range of culture and backgrounds.
We encourage individuality at our centre as we believe each child is unique in their own way. Our professional and nurturing staff are passionate about providing a quality programme to help guide each child to their fullest potential. Each child is provided with an individual portfolio which shows their learning and development while they are at the centre. We encourage all parents to take this home regularly and share them with their children.
Our centre is made up of 4 rooms, across two buildings, each building has its own playground which encourages and promotes age appropriate learning. We have an onsite cook who prepares nutritious meals within the healthy heart guidelines. The children also have the opportunity to engage in baking and preparing food as a regular part of our programme.
We have an open door policy and encourage parents to spend time at the centre. We enjoy regular parent evenings and events throughout the year.
We value professional development and our staff undertakes this regularly to review their teaching practice.
